Starting new year with going over the Kodak Ektar color negatives from the trip to Isle of Skye in December. We've been lucky enough to have couple of days out of a whole week with good weather for film photography, which resulted in a few rolls of exposed film.

Most pictures from that trip are also on my Hasselblad 500CM camera, wide 80mm lens as well as long 150mm one.

I'd usually scan all films prior to printing to get some idea of the print worthiness of the shot. However lately I've also started printing contact sheets. Once you get used to it, can be done quite efficiently, and gives _a lot_ of idea of how a printed shot would look like. As well as how difficult it is going to be to print a particular frame.

I've also had enough luck to print a landscape pair of shots from the Quiraing hike. They could look great when placed on the same wall.

All prints from this session should be available in the shop later this week.
